Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ctrl S - OS (the "App"), operated by CS Arquitectura S.A.S. ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. The App is intended for business use by architecture firms and their staff.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any connected Google account credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App in violation of any law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
• Access or attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure (rate-limit evasion, denial of service, abuse of APIs).
• Use the App to send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the App without our written consent.

4. Google account integration

When you connect a Google account, our handling of the data we access is governed by the Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time as described in Section 7 of that policy.

5. Intellectual property

• The App, including its design, code, and content we create, is owned by CS Arquitectura S.A.S. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Content you upload, create, or import (including Drive files and Calendar events) remains yours. We claim no ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the features you use.

6. Service availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule downtime for maintenance with reasonable notice when possible.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes that reduce functionality you depend on will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CS Arquitectura S.A.S. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account by emailing admin@cs-arquitectura.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that risks harm to other users or our infrastructure.
• Upon termination, your data is deleted according to the retention schedule in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address associated with your account at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
